How we grade
Every graded lot carries a simple A–D grade so you know what you are buying before you pay.
Very good
Opened or lightly used items that work. May show small marks, or come in plain or replacement packaging.
Best for: marketplace resale with a small discount.
Returns / untested
Customer returns that we have not tested. Most items work, but some may be faulty, used or missing parts.
Best for: resellers who test and repair — highest margin, some risk.
Salvage / for parts
Faulty, damaged or incomplete items, sold as-is for repair, spare parts or recycling.
Best for: repair shops, parts harvesting and recyclers.
Other labels you will see
- Manifested
- We have a list of the items in the lot. When a file is attached you can download it on the listing page before buying.
- No manifest
- A mixed or mystery lot without an item list. Photos show what we can see — contents can vary.
- % of RRP
- Our price compared with the total original retail price of the items. 15% of RRP means you pay £15 for £100 of retail value.
- Untested
- Items have not been powered on or checked. Treat them as returns — some may not work.
