I am a buyerArrange delivery for my pallets
- Buy a job lot or win an auction on AYLENSALE.
- Open Arrange delivery — set drop-off address and an optional £ offer.
- Press Find a driver and pay the £10 search fee by card. We then publish your job to AYLENSALE drivers.
- Drivers send prices. You pick one.
- Pay the driver by card — your payment is held securely by Stripe and only released to the driver once you confirm the pallet has arrived.
- Give the driver your 4-digit handover code only when the pallet is in your hands.
£10 driver search fee · paid separately, non-refundable
Finding an AYLENSALE driver is a paid service: £10, paid by card when you press “Find a driver”.
It publishes your job to our registered independent drivers so they can quote. Outcomes vary: a driver may or may not be found, and the price and arrangements are agreed between you and the driver — we don’t control them.
The £10 is charged for the service whether or not a driver is found and is not refundable. It is separate from the driver’s price.
Your delivery contract is with the independent driver you choose. AYLENSALE introduces you and is not the carrier. If a delivery fails or is disputed, refunds go back to your card before the driver is paid.
Prefer to collect it yourself from Oakham? Choose Self-collect on the same screen. Booking Bus is a separate shared trip — not the same as van bidding.

- Create a driver account — separate from buyer accounts.
- Tell us about your van, where you're based and your price (2 minutes).
- 30 days free, then £19.99/month. No commission on jobs.
- Set up Stripe payouts once in your driver cabinet so you can be paid to your bank.
- Bid on jobs — you see what you'll receive after Stripe fees before you bid. When the buyer picks you and pays, collect from Oakham and deliver.
- Enter the buyer's 4-digit code at handover. The buyer's payment is held securely by Stripe and released to your Stripe account when they confirm delivery, or automatically 48 hours after you enter the code.
