Single Items Terms

These terms apply to ordinary individual products sold at a fixed price in the Single Items section of AYLENSALE. They supplement our Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of goods

Single items are individual products (not mixed pallets). The listing shows condition, price, postage and any disclosed faults. They are sold as described on the listing.

2. Who is buying

At checkout you declare whether the purchase is as a private buyer or a business. The declaration is stored on that order. The same account may buy one item as a consumer and another as a business.

3. Private buyers

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Consumer Cancellation Policy) and keep rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods. Hygiene-sealed goods and goods inseparably mixed after delivery may be excluded where the law allows.

4. Business buyers

Business purchases have no change-of-mind cooling-off period. Report faults or misdescription promptly from your order page. A business invoice is available after payment where company details were provided.

5. Delivery

Postage is as shown on the listing or at checkout. Risk and delivery follow the carrier terms and applicable law.
