Seller Terms

These Seller Terms apply to all users listing or selling on AYLENSALE.

1. Seller status

You must have legal title or authority to sell listed goods. Business sellers must provide accurate company details and VAT information where applicable.

2. Listing standards

Listings must be lawful, accurate, and complete. Prohibited items include stolen goods, unsafe products, and items restricted by UK law.

3. Auction obligations

If reserve is met and auction closes successfully, you must complete sale with the winning bidder subject to deposit and completion rules.

4. Fees

Seller fees and commissions are disclosed before listing goes live. You authorise collection through our payment systems.

5. Deposits and buyer protection

Requiring buyer deposits does not remove your obligation to describe items accurately and deliver as listed.

6. KYC/AML

We may require identity and business verification before listing or payout. See our KYC/AML Notice.

7. Suspension

We may remove listings or suspend sellers for breach, risk, or legal compliance.
