Sale of Goods & No Returns Policy
This policy applies to **goods sold through live auctions** on AYLENSALE in the United Kingdom.
1. Contracting parties
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, the **seller** named on the lot is the seller of goods. AYLENSALE LTD provides the online auction venue only and is not the seller of listed goods.
2. Nature of goods
Lots are typically **job lots, pallets, mixed customer returns, or untested stock** (including Amazon returns). They are sold **as seen, as described, and untested** unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.
3. No change-of-mind returns
There is **no right to return goods** because you changed your mind, underestimated resale value, or found items unsuitable for your business after purchase.
4. Inspection and due diligence
You must read the listing, ask questions **before bidding**, and inspect or collect goods as arranged. By bidding you confirm you have evaluated the lot description and disclaimers.
5. Limited claims only
Claims relating to goods may be considered **only** for material misdescription or non-delivery as set out in our Disputes Policy, within stated time limits and with evidence. We do not guarantee outcomes.
6. Collection
Default arrangement is **buyer collection** from the location stated in the listing unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller. Risk passes in accordance with the sale contract and applicable law.
7. Business buyers
If you register or bid as a **business/trader**, you acknowledge that many consumer protections on distance sales may not apply. You buy for resale or commercial use at your own risk.
8. Consumer buyers
If you are a consumer, statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related law may apply where they cannot be excluded. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
