Refunds generally apply to deposits marked eligible after a closed auction where you were not the winning bidder and no forfeiture event occurred.
2. One request per deposit
Only one refund request may be submitted per deposit.

You must provide accurate bank details, auction ID, identity information, and reason. Supporting documents (PDF/JPG/PNG) may be required.
4. Review process
Requests are reviewed by our team. Statuses include Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Paid.
5. Timing
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within a reasonable period after approval, subject to banking and verification delays.
6. Rejection grounds
Requests may be rejected for incomplete information, fraud concerns, winner status, chargebacks, or policy breaches.
7. Consumer and business users
Consumer users retain rights under applicable UK law. Business users accept commercial processing times and verification requirements.
