Each auction lot on AYLENSALE is subject to the following unless the listing explicitly states otherwise:
1. Untested
Goods are not tested unless the listing says "tested". Electrical, electronic, and sealed items may be faulty or incomplete.
2. Mixed condition
Lots may include new, opened, damaged, missing parts, or unsellable items. Quantities and mix are approximate.
3. Photos illustrative
Photographs are for guidance only and may not show every item, defect, or quantity in the lot.
4. No warranty
No warranty, guarantee, or fitness for purpose is given by the seller or AYLENSALE LTD beyond what cannot be excluded by law. Consumers' rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
5. Amazon / customer returns
Where marked as customer or Amazon returns, items are sold strictly as-is with no promise of original packaging, accessories, or working order.
6. Returns
Lots can be returned within 14 days if they come back complete and in the condition they were received, with the original wrap intact; opened, incomplete or used lots are refunded minus the loss in value (see our Sale of Goods & Returns Policy). Misdescription and non-delivery are handled under our Disputes Policy. Consumers keep their 14-day right to cancel and their other statutory rights (see section 13 of our Terms and Conditions).
