These Buyer Terms apply to all users bidding or purchasing on AYLENSALE.
1. Bid binding nature
Each bid is a serious offer to buy. Do not bid without intent and ability to complete if you win.
2. Deposits
You must pay and maintain required deposits before bidding on deposit-backed auctions. Deposit treatment is governed by our Deposit Policy.
3. Winning bidder obligations
If you win, you must complete purchase, pay the final price, and comply with seller delivery arrangements within stated timeframes.
4. Inspection and due diligence
You are responsible for evaluating listings, asking questions before bidding, and verifying suitability of goods.
5. Consumer rights
Consumer buyers retain statutory protections where applicable. Business buyers acknowledge reduced consumer protections may apply.
6. Prohibited conduct
Shill bidding, bid manipulation, and abusive conduct are prohibited and may result in deposit forfeiture and account termination.
