Buyer Acknowledgement
By registering, bidding, or winning on AYLENSALE, you acknowledge:
1. Auction venue
AYLENSALE LTD operates the platform; the **seller on the lot** is your counterparty for the sale of goods unless we state otherwise in writing.
2. Binding bids
Each bid is a **binding offer** to purchase if you win, subject to completion, deposit, and collection rules.
3. Job lots
You understand lots are often **untested job lots / pallets** with **no change-of-mind returns**.
4. Documents read
You have access to and accept our Auction Terms, Sale of Goods & No Returns Policy, Lot Description Disclaimer, Deposit Policy, and Bid Deposit Refund Policy as applicable.
5. Capacity
You accurately declare whether you bid as a **business/trader** or **consumer** and accept the associated disclosures.
6. Deposits vs goods
Bid deposit refunds for losing bidders are governed by the **Bid Deposit Refund Policy** only — not returns of purchased goods.
