Buyer Acknowledgement

By registering, bidding, or winning on AYLENSALE, you acknowledge:

1. Auction venue

AYLENSALE LTD operates the platform; the seller on the lot is your counterparty for the sale of goods unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. Binding bids

Each bid is a binding offer to purchase if you win, subject to completion, deposit, and collection rules.

3. Job lots

You understand lots are often untested job lots / pallets, handed over wrapped. You can return a lot within 14 days only if it comes back complete and in the condition you received it, with the original wrap intact; otherwise we deduct the loss in value. Consumers keep their 14-day right to cancel (section 13 of our Terms and Conditions).

4. Documents read

You have access to and accept our Auction Terms, Sale of Goods & Returns Policy, Lot Description Disclaimer, Deposit Policy, and Bid Deposit Refund Policy as applicable.

5. Capacity

You accurately declare whether you bid as a business/trader or consumer and accept the associated disclosures.

6. Deposits vs goods

Bid deposit refunds for losing bidders are governed by the Bid Deposit Refund Policy only — not returns of purchased goods.
