Buy Now Terms

These terms apply to fixed-price pallet and job-lot purchases on AYLENSALE (Buy Now). They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Sale of Goods & Returns Policy.

1. What you are buying

Buy Now lots are typically customer returns, clearance or mixed stock sold at a fixed price without bidding. The listing shows condition, grade, testing status, photos, approximate weight or contents and collection/delivery options where known.

2. Who is buying

At checkout you declare whether the purchase is as a private buyer or a business. The choice is stored on that order only. Having a company or VAT number on your profile does not by itself make a purchase a business purchase.

3. Private buyers

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving the goods (Consumer Cancellation Policy) and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Order confirmations must not promise a refund restriction that conflicts with those rights.

4. Business buyers

Business purchases have no change-of-mind cooling-off period. Problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt as set out in the Sale of Goods & Returns Policy. A business invoice is available after payment.

5. Payment and collection

Pay online as shown at checkout. Warehouse collection, your courier or an AYLENSALE driver follow the collection rules you accept. Storage and abandonment rules apply after the free period.
